Currently we are looking for our next: Change Management Coordinator

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**

Support and follow Change Management strategies and solution across functions transformation agenda to ensure compliance and sutainability end to end change methodology as a champion on Change Management tools and practice to support business - led programs and Organizational Design changes according to business needs.
Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?
**

› Implement Change Management and Organizational Design Strategies across Staff Fuctions

› Ensure change management deliverables and activities within Staff Functions ageda

› Anticipate how employees will be affected by changes by analyzing processes, structures and working with people at all levels to generate the ideal change management strategy that will capitalize change benefits and organizational design adjustments





› Define key changes roles for programs, projects and iniciatives and coaches leaders on their changes roles throughout the different transformation according to business needs

› Facilities sessions with leaders and teams to educate them on the changes & organizational design process, concepts according the methodology

› Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation as well as with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

› Ensure change sustainability in the long term

› Create and manage measurement systems to evaluate results and track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and developing a set of actionable and targeted gap closing plans





› Create and manage measuremnte systems o evaluate the effectiveness of structures changes propose during transformation processes

› Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success
