Director Global Account/PM Management role involves_- will be In-charge of holding up, developing, implementing, and managing account strategies in order to provide the business with optimal quality, pricing & delivery performance.
P&L; control for managing strategic accounts and will establish and maintain good strategic customer relationships in order to achieve maximum advantage for the company with the delivery of a quality product to its customers._What a typical day looks like:- _ Set and Execute 3YP._- _ Guide quarterly financial planning process with sites and hold up orgs._- _ Comprehension of P&L; and Balance Sheet on levers to improve._- _ Set goals for specific accounts of controls._- _ Price business in line with segment goals._- _ Manage Customer escalations._- _ Coordinate multiple sites and functions to exceed customers' expectations._- _ Owns results of Sales, Profit, and Inventory.
In charge offer delivering growth and maintaining a Sugar Pipeline._- _ Relationship management with Customer at executive / resolution-making levels._- _ In charge of closing all commercial negotiations and client pricing changes including recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs._- _ Accountable for projects/initiatives to maximize COP and drives site focus on efficiency programs._- _ Segment relationship management and information flow, developing growth through pan-Flex contribution._- _ In charge of contract renewals, changes and maintenance._- _ Accountable for delivery on Customer Satisfaction and for Viewpoint scoring across all sites._- _ In charge of improving communication and driving best practices across multi-sites._- _ Ensures all client programs execute to contract, hitting key KPIs._- _ Hold up of ITO versus quote,
E&O; management._- _ Control of tracking risks on the business and reporting to Flex business accordingly._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills._- _ Background in Engineering._- _ Metal Mechanical background experience
