Specialist to join our Platform Management Team in Mexico City.

**What you will do**:
- Evaluating and implementing marketing technology tools and platforms that help optimize the customer journey.
- Help marketing operational teams to developing and implementing strategies that enable effective use of MarTech tools.
- Integrating marketing technology with other business systems, such as CRM or e-commerce platforms.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting MarTech systems to ensure they function correctly.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data teams.
- Analyzing data from various sources to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring data security and privacy compliance when working with customer data.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing technology and identifying new tools that can improve marketing effectiveness.
**What you'll bring**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in project management, product owner or similar roles
- Experience with Advertising technology: Google Marketing Platform, Sizmek, Adform, etc.
- Autonomous professional with a strong customer and goal-focused attitude while remaining curious, innovative and action-driven.
- Profound knowledge of marketing tools such as CDPs and Data lake, Marketing automation and CRM, app and web push.
- Strategic view on CRM and Loyalty program.
- SEO & SEA proven expertise.
- Solution-driven approach to business questions and challenges.
- Analytically strong and well-developed communication skills.
- Well-versed in data analytics and can use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executives
