.The General Services Operations Sr.
Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for leading operations and managing Citi's general operations teams, in coordination with the Corporate Services function.
The overall objective is to utilize detailed knowledge to define and implement systems that are aligned with business strategy and goals, to enhance productivity, and to ensure quality and efficiencies.
This role has full leadership responsibilities.Responsibilities:Manage operations of service functions including dining, culinary, facility maintenance,



reception services or other support servicesInteract with customers and business manager to ensure business needs are metResolve complex issues referred by subordinate staffEvaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actionsOversee supplier and vendor budgets as requiredConduct resource planning, budgeting and policy formulation as requiredConduct people management tasks including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approvalAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated leadership and customer service skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationAbility to negotiate with senior leaders (across functions)Diplomacy skillsEducation:Bachelor's degree/ University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredEl Chef Ejecutivo trabajará gestionando dos centros de servicio de comedores ejecutivos para niveles directivos.
El área se encarga de facilitar y brindar un servicio de primer nivel tanto a directivos, público interno, auditores y agentes clave.Gestionará eventos corporativos como lo son juntas de dirección de consejos de administración.Será un líder de personas, se involucrará en costeos, logística, tendrá que estar aware de las agendas semanales de eventos, deberá de revisar la información junto con su asistente para las planeaciones de menú.Supervisar que los insumos lleguen en tiempo y forma.
Mitigar riesgos dentro del área de trabajo.Deberá de tener la capacidad de crear menús que se adapten a los eventos, culturas o personas.Requisitos:Entre 8-10 años de experiencia en roles similares dentro de entornos hoteleros, corporativos o a fin.Tipo de experiencia: Sr. ManagementIndustria: Hotelera, Turismo
