Looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Event Manager to join our team at Aivo-Engageware!This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative event strategies across Latin America and the US.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand awareness and generating leads through events.Key responsibilities:
- Developing regional event strategies, creating engaging experiences for attendees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Creating innovative and engaging event experiences for customers and prospects, including company-hosted events.
- Driving attendee engagement and building brand affinity through pre-event outreach, on-site experiences, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborating with sales, partners, and executives to define event messaging, speaker selection, and content strategy.
- Identifying and securing speaking and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach and partner relationships.
- Leading the execution of key brand events, such as ReEngage.
- Measuring and reporting on event performance, analyzing key metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Proven experience in planning and executing B2B events
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
