The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced Forex brokerage industry.
This position requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of financial markets and excellent interpersonal skills.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients,



and partners in the Latam region to drive business growth.Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to advise on improvements and opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing solutions and addressing issues in a timely manner.Provide clients with market insights, trading tools, and educational materials to enhance their trading experience.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that support business development efforts.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the brokerage and derivatives financial market.Proven track record of successful business development or account manager in the Latammarket.Strong understanding of Forex trading, CFDs,



and financial markets.Having a strong network of contacts or a well-established client portfolio in key industries is highly advantageous and can significantly contribute to success in this roleExcellent negotiation, communication, presentation, leadership skills.Skilled in collaborating effectively within a team environment and maintaining performance under pressure.Familiarity with CRM tools and trading platforms is a plus.Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.Fluency in Spanish and other foreign languages is an advantage.Perks and BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives and bonuses.Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork,
