Customer Service and Admin Support Bilingual AgentWe are looking to hire an agent to fulfill customer service requirements and administrative duties.
Omega Masonry is a dynamic company, not every workday will look the same.
The agent hired will do various tasks including but not limited to:- Answering inbound phone calls- Following up with clients- Conducting research- Making Excel Sheets and organizing data- Translating for managers, contractors, and clients- Booking trips for managers- Making appointments for managers- Assisting managers with tasksWe are looking for an agent who enjoys working on different tasks and doesn't want a mundane job.
This is a long-term job,
