The aim of this role is to protect the information assets in line with the corporate and legal requirements as well as contractual arrangements in place with DHL customers.
In collaboration with the Global Information Security Team and Regional Teams and Centers of Excellence this role provides input to and regionally leads the implementation of IT security strategy in line with business strategy.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and maintain a security awareness program for the business and IT community including communications and specific phishing campaigns..
- Manage and communicate of group ISMS within DSC to ensure enforcement of information security policies, procedures, standards
- Assess IT Applications and -Services for their compliance with DPDHL Security Standards and raise corrective action where required.
- Support Business development, customer meetings,



questionnaires and RFIs within DSC business Unit
- Participate in projects with BU -IT to ensure "security design architecture" principles and approaches are incorporated into IT systems
- Audit preparation and -execution as well as mitigation of audit findings.
- Support in Business Development, Customer Questionnaires and RFIs within the, including external customer meetings.
- Support Major Incidents response and coordinate incident resolution between management, suppliers and the Cyber Defense Center.
- Lead and regularly report information security initiatives on behalf of the Global CISO.
- Aligned with the Global Information Security Team regularly report important security related KPIs to the management and suggest corrective action where required.
What we need from you
- Bachelors/Master Degree




- CISSP/CISM/CISA Certification
- 5+ years general IT Experience,
- 3+ years Information Security Experience
- Experience in Security Awareness and Security Policies and Standards also Technology Standards
- Strong Business Strategy and Project Management skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Management to be able to influence, negotiate, provide feedback, and present to senior management
