**Master Data Management Analyst****Education**:Formal education and 1+ years of work experience in a relevant Data / Analytics Area / Master Data Analyst**Degree**:Bachelor's degree on Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Experience**:1+ years of hands-on analytic experience, SQL & NoSQL data platform technologies, ETL and data integration solutions.
**Language**:Bilingual in Spanish & English**Knowledge & Skills**:- Database tools: Knowledge with data is a key part of the role,
manage data using common data tools such as Excel and SQL language.- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Document Troubleshoots issues related to master data management and identifies opportunities for improving data processes.- Having experience in documentation tools like MS Visio, Microsoft Office.- Excellent excel and macros skills**Role Specific**: % of Time Job Function and Description 10% Data Steward Team Management- Responsible for daily MDM data steward activities- Perform ad hoc master data catalogs requests- Participate in MDM UAT testing 80% Operational Excellence- Responsible for defining MDM Standard Operating Procedures.- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of master data catálogs- Responsible for understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining master data across business areas- Responsible for customer and product data harmonization across multiple sources 10% Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Commercial Operation and Governance team and adhere to implemented principles and process standards.
