Join us as our Operations Coordination Intern!What You'll Do As An InternYou will be a part of the Americas Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, and your exciting responsibilities will include:Schedule Management: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of Quality Control and Compliance services across the Americas, ensuring they align with client timelines and specifications.Vendor Communication: Facilitate effective communication with vendors, factories, and inspectors to ensure timely service delivery.Resource Planning: Strategically allocate resources based on service requirements, inspector expertise, and travel considerations.Operational Support: Provide daily operational assistance to inspectors and suppliers, ensuring smooth process flow.QualificationsYour ProfileThis role is ideal for you if:You have recently graduated with a degree in International Relations, Operations Management, International Business,
Quality Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics, and are seeking a 6-month internship to showcase your potential.You are fluent in English and Spanish.
