.At Capgemini, we are excited to welcome our next Talent Acquisition Lead to collaborate with one of our top global clients in the insurance industry!We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our talent acquisition team.
This role requires overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful hiring of top talent across multiple departments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to effectively address their recruitment needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Continuously refine and improve recruitment techniques to meet organizational goals.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring that recruitment targets are met and quality hires are made.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their staffing needs, advise on job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment plans for each role.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics,
including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity goals.
Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment performance and market trends.Employer Branding: Champion the company's employer brand by promoting its values, culture, and mission to candidates through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition and continually seek ways to innovate and improve recruitment processes and technologies.Qualifications:Proven experience in the Insurance & Finance with at least +10 yearsAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level)Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques,
and sourcing methods.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing recruitment needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
