.Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics, Managed ServicesWithin VCA we have a dedicated service line – Visa Managed Services (VMS) with specialized experts who are routinely embedded into clients around the world to offer hands-on execution support.
From our collective experience we have amassed an extensive set of best practices we leverage to help partners manage customer relationships, portfolio levers and product development.The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high-performance individual to join our Visa Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects across Mexico.
The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Partners and act on their behalf to enable sustainable and profitable growth ensuring that Visa is both the preferred brand and a strategic business partner.
This role will design, implement, and manage end-to-end programs by combining Visa's data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting-edge digital platforms, operational capabilities, best practices, and partnerships.
It will also shape frameworks, design methodologies, build processes and develop any operational enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners.Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Understand our customers' business objectives, needs, plans, and bring valuable insightsIdentify opportunities and potential for improvement to help Visa clients in growing their businessDevelop and propose appropriate strategies and business solutions to the clients and manage the delivery of high-quality consultancy engagements in MexicoManagement of internal and external project team members,
gain consensus with others and coordinate a team of consultants and subject matter experts around goalsFocus on successful delivery of complex projectsThis is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsSenior level demonstrated experience in strategy/management consulting, with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.G.
Masters or MBA)Excellent analytical skill set, ability to frame customer's opportunity in financial terms,
and provide recommendationsExposure to retail banking and/or payment card industry and/or merchant retail business.
Knowledge of payments in general, loyalty, co-branding, digital marketing, security and risk managementProcess improvement methodologies and implementation is desirable
