**Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
** You'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, contributing to the smooth financial operations of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process employee expense reimbursements and corporate card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist with general accounting tasks and support team members

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Experience with accounting software (Acumatica or OneStream) a plus
