The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of data analytics projects to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between data teams and business units, ensuring data-driven insights align with organizational objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics Leadership:Oversee and guide the creation of reports for media investment tracking and client performance analysis across multiple agencies.
- Insights Delivery:Develop and deliver competitive analysis reports to inform business strategies for different agencies.
- Process Optimization:Lead the development and automation of reporting tools and dashboards,
enhancing efficiency in presenting media investment data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with planners and media directors to address inquiries and provide actionable insights.
- Project Management:Manage data projects related to media investment and other related metrics as requested by the General Management.
- Industry Reporting:Produce monthly advertising industry reports.
- Technical Expertise:Perform ETL processes and manage large-scale databases, leveraging tools like Power BI and Tableau for advanced data visualization.
- Team Contribution:Participate in relevant community and team meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5 years as data analyst or a similar role
- Proficiency in database management and ETL processes.
- Advanced use of analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Proactive approach to improving reporting processes and methodologies.
- Experience in digital marketing or media is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (desirable).
