Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes and HR projects.
2. Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes.
3. Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
4. Leverage change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy for supporting adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives.
5. Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.
6. Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
7.



Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
8. Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
9. Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
10. Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
11. Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.
12. Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
13. Provide reporting and updates to management and project teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Complete change management assessments.
2. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
3. Consult and coach project teams.
4. Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
5. Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan.
6. Support and engage senior leaders by coaching people managers and supervisors.
7.



Coordinate efforts with project managers and other team members to integrate change management activities into the project plan.
8. Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
9. Manage stakeholders and track/report issues.
10. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
11. Support change management at the organizational level.

Distinctive Requirements:

1. Change Management certification.
2. Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.
3. HR Background.
4. Bilingual English level required (Writing and Speaking).
5. Knowledge of Project Management.
6. Skilled in innovative content creation (Communication material and resources).
7. Able to negotiate with and support users at all levels (executive and individual contributor).
8. Service-minded.

Education:

1. Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology, or similar.
2. Certification Requirements:



Change Management.
3. Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management Processes, experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.
