WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Machine Learning Engineer / Gen AI Engineer who will serve as our GenAI expert, so they should have hands-on experience in developing GenAI powered chatbots and a good understanding of text processing techniques in machine learning (Natural Language Processing). They should closely follow all new developments in the GenAI field to provide valuable recommendations for how to implement them to drive business value.
ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Machine Learning Engineer / Gen AI Engineer will be responsible for:
- Writing clean and efficient code.
- Having innate curiosity and closely following all developments in the GenAI world.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing models (NLP).
- Thinking from an 'Effort vs Impact' perspective to ensure that work adds business value.
- Guiding Nestlé on what is feasible via GenAI and what would not work.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND REQUIRED
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics,
or a similar field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- High initiative, self-starter, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Facilitation and presentation skills, organization, and time management.
- Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Orchestrating agentic framework.
- LLM evaluation (using llm-as-a judge and other metrics like BLEU).
- Nice to have:
- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs.
- Understanding when to use the right LLM (large or small) for a specific task.
- Use of MLFlow to capture LLM logs.
- Experience with vector databases.
