A Professional Experienced applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained work experience.This position will report to the Head of Sharla Camila Serafim Diniz.The Customer Service Representative Professional tasks include:Developing and plan training plansProcessing orders from customers and resolving complaints; Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc; Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments; Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems & databases; Assisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning; Assisting sales teams with sales reporting.About you**Do you have**:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 2 years of experience is requiredCreate a report creation and data analysisBilingual in Spanish and EnglishBasic SAP knowledgeKnowledge in logisticsHigh proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanorExcellent Problem solving and organizational skillsHand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results drivenFamiliar with data input, output, report creation and data analysisWorks effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communicationsWhat we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer**:Amazing benefits!
