and hard-working Content Marketing Associate to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesCopywritingConduct interviews with key stakeholders to use as source material for content.Write compelling research-based articles, blog posts, web pages, and case studies for a variety of clients.Write social media copy for posts.Write ad copy for search and social media channels.Draft and execute email marketing campaigns.Craft unique emails to drive audience engagement.Competent use of ChatGPT to brainstorm and outline ideas.Social Media ManagementWork with clients and internal teams to draft, implement, and manage social media campaigns.Brainstorm and create thematic social media post categories for various clients.Write social media copy to drive engagement and build brand awareness.Work with clients to pair imagery to social media posts (including brainstorming).Manage and incorporate client feedback into posts.CMS UpdatesUpdate images and content on live WordPress, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.Full webpage deployment and testing.Update metadata across websites, including alt attributes for images, meta titles,



and meta descriptions.Manage plugin updates.Familiarity with WYSIWYG editors like Divi and Elementor is a plus.SEO Research & ManagementPerform competitive research and provide key insights to guide SEO strategies for our clients.Execute on-page and off-page optimizations to help improve keyword rankings and overall domain authority.Stay on top of the ever-evolving landscape to implement new best practices.Conduct technical site audits to track, report, and implement ways to improve SEO.Maintain keyword tracking in SEMRush and update keyword targets accordingly.Internal/External Project ManagementTrack and maintain ongoing project tasks.Strong time management skills.Maintain Google Drive folders and content.Keep ClickUp cards and projects up to date.PPC ManagementBuild out ads in Meta/Google ads.Place ad copy.Review performance alongside senior growth manager.Requirements1-3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.Strong writing skills across a variety of mediums and formats.SEO/SEM proficiency.Bachelor's degree.Writing sample of relevant work.Ability to quickly adapt, learn new skills, and take on new responsibilities
