and desired outcomes.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesPromote the embedding of the Risk Management Framework by enhancing risk management activities towards the achievement of the corporate objectivesPromote functional first line ownership and monitoring of the risk appetite statements via the development of a suitable risk reporting framework that supports risk based decision making and escalation of issues as requiredLiaise with the project management /role holder to ensure appropriate oversight and management of key project risksAssess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of the companyDevelop and implement the risk management plan and strategy, communicate expectations and obligations through Senior Executives and managers, and monitor and report on performance to improve the risk profileImplement processes and procedures to ensure the full preparation in order to deal with any potential threatsLead implementation of programs designed to anticipate and to minimize threatsOversee the conduct of regular risk assessments and preparation of all documentation related to risk assessment, and reviews of standard operating procedures ensuring that recommended improvements are fully implementedDeliver regular risk analysis reports,
