**Jr. Digital Art**
**Main Purpose**
Developing light weight content, by creating and making ideas that combine official content and images, ensuring that the image is attractive and dynamic for the user, according to the requirements established by the brand.
**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**
- Understanding and conceptualization of the needs established in the brand brief for the development of graphics.
- Responsible for the development of visual elements based on requirements, within established deadlines.
- Ensuring that graphics and visual compositions are visually appealing.
- Creating visuals and compositions by hand or with design software.
- Testing graphics through various media
- Use of appropriate colors and compositions for each graphic
- Modifying designs after receiving feedback
- Working in coordination with Business Management and post production to ensure delivery of the master to the brand.

**Qualifications**
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor Degree: Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, Visual Communication, Animation
- + 6 months to 1 year or + using Motion Graphic
- + 6 months to 1 year or + using After Effects
- Language of formats
- Desirable knowledge of Premiere
- Basic video editing
- Photoshop and Illustrator skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Handling of IOS and/or WINDOWS platform
- Desirable knowledge in Wacom
- Desirable advanced knowledge in English (comprehension)
**Non Technical Skills**
- Excellent creative aptitude, a refined artistic sense and willing to try new ideas and tools.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and interact in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Effective communication skills:
o Communicate clearly, written and orally, to present and defend your ideas.
o Be a good listener to understand and comply with customer requests.
o Have a vocation for service.
o Be proactive in soliciting feedback.
o Have the ability to work in conjunction with different areas.
o Have resilience to be able to adapt to any source of significant stress and frustration tolerance.
