constantly transform their digital ecosystems, secure what matters – and stay unstoppable for a world that relies on them every second.Position SummaryThis position will be responsible for the execution of strategies and programs to grow NETSCOUT's business while winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.
The Channel Account Manager represents the entire range of Service Assurance and Cybersecurity software products and services to assigned partners and is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
This position reports to the Director of Channel Sales.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSetup new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.Implements channel marketing plans set out by the channel marketing team.Works closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise.Regularly meet with accounts to perform quarterly business reviews.Report monthly on sales KPI's within channel partners.Work to sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support pipeline.Help to create relationships between the NETSCOUT field sales organization and the distribution reps.Give feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.Address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.Identify and reach out to new potential channel partners.Work on cross selling opportunities within the organization.Substantial travel within region and occasionally beyond is required.Basic Qualifications/SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.5+ years of previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.Strong personal network within the industry.Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.Fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications/SkillsProfessional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.Working at NETSCOUTAt NETSCOUT, our vision is to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives
