Overview:

- Expertise in Oracle Http Server, IBM Http Server and Apache Webserver.
- Very good knowledge of RedHat Linux operating system.
- SSL from web and app layers to be configured as per Business requirement.
- Exposure to SSO product SiteMinder setup depending on customer need.
- Citi Standards to be implemented while performing any Changes to environment.
- Adherence to Compliance, BISO and TISO with respect to Middleware setup.
- Troubleshooting of critical product issues in liaison with Product Vendor team.
- Experience in handling MIM and ICM calls.
- Hands on knowledge on Change, Incident and Problem task as per ITIL process.
- Good Communication skills.




- Perform non-standardized medium to high complexity tasks for specific
- technology function for incidents and service requests
- Perform higher complexity preventive maintenance tasks
- Executes medium to complex and unscheduled urgent changes and release requests
- Perform configuration and deployment activities for high complexity projects
- Major incident and Problem Management Support
- Provide support for management escalations, prioritizing the technical resolution within the team.
- Develop, enhance and test tools for Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache platforms globally
- Design, build, configure and test Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache technologies across CTI.
- Perform maintenance and support for Global Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache
- Work with CATE and product management group to manage capacity and inventory in environment
- Provide L3 oversight and direction to global audit/risk/compliance projects/initiatives in addition to EOL and product lifecycle support




- Ensure that all technology provisions and deployment meet technology standards and quality assurance
- Sign-off on project requirements and educate business personnel on available technologies
- Act as a Technical Architect Representative (TAR) for Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache, participating in the creation of design specification and operational documentation
