Our Mexico team is currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide our clients world class support.

Your day-to-day
Guide and troubleshoot with the clients through diverse technical tasks such as audio connections and / or digital signage
Ensuring the SLA agreements
Create work orders for service visits, product shipments and replacements
Coordinate customer´s service requirements with other appropriate department as necessary (programmers, KAMS, warehouse, technicians)
Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to improve our services
Make the client feel comfortable with the service
Daily monitoring status of every network
Your qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Over 2 years of professional experience in customer services
Solution and customer oriented
Invest in continuous improvement and learning opportunities
Strong team-player
Ability to multi-task
Excel / Sales Force knowledge
Multitask skills
High school certificate (Minimum)
Basic knowledge about digital signage and audio connections
