15% of revenue are currently invested in science and R&D.; ZEISS is convinced that innovation and technology are the key to a sustainable future and solutions for global challenges.Purpose of the RoleAs a Product Specialist at ZEISS, you'll join as an integral part of the marketing team, designing and driving the IOL's Intraocular Lens marketing.You will drive sustainable sales growth and market penetration for ZEISS by implementing value-added solutions and managing sales channels.
To support your approach, you will utilize your in-depth product knowledge, competitive analysis, pricing strategies and clinical use of the product.Key Objectives and Requirements of the Role:Develop strategies for managing a portfolio of assigned products throughout their life cycle including new launches through developing an understanding of the market through customer visits and external research tools.Collaborate on the development of consumer education programmes, through workshops, seminars and the ZEISS Academy to build customer loyalty in Mexico.Provide sales support to promote the product portfolio to potential customers, including providing clinical,
technical and application support to improve user awareness and provide troubleshooting support related to the product and base configurations.Supply the commercial team with training and certification programs related to ongoing updates to equipment and hardware/software for the designated product line.Required Knowledge & ExperienceMust have:3 Years proven sales or marketing experience in the medical industry, IOLs, hospital environment or medical equipment.Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, Optometry, Dentistry or relevant field.Fluent in EnglishDesirable:Market knowledge of the specified product line.Masters Degree in MarketingCRM Management ExperienceWhen joining ZEISS, you will be welcomed to this global business with a thorough induction, a competitive salary,
