Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleAs a Sourcing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and fostering strong supplier relationships.
You will have a direct impact on our product development and global expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate key milestones to certain projects and products.Lead weekly to monthly reviews with leadership on milestones status, challenges or risks.Organize and facilitate milestone meetings, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.Coordinate supplier selection based on a desired value proposal (cost, quality and customer service).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.5+ years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in engineering and global settings.Demonstrated expertise in supplier development, negotiation, and contract management.Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, cost analysis, and forecasting.Proficiency in project management software, ideally Planisware.
Experience with other project management tools will be considered.Excellent communication, interpersonal,
