Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with US and Canada based partners.Preferred qualifications:Experience in the design and delivery of in-person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.Ability to execute on creating business messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption and managing resistance to change.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.Excellent people management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.About the jobAs a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan.

ResponsibilitiesSupport and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship.Support the design and development of messages documents and ensure the communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications.Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
