Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements,

As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be accountable for the commercial process of creating agreements for Google services from start to finish, ensuring the process is efficient and all agreements are high-quality and customer-centric.
You will leverage an extended workforce team responsible for the development and execution of agreements, leveraging pre-approved language for the contracting artifacts, aiming at a high degree of standardization.
In this role, you will create Statements of Work, Order Forms, and subcon agreements that meet the unique needs of each customer while also looking for opportunities to streamline the agreement process and remove any friction.
Responsibilities:Liaise with various teams (e.g., Sales, Governance, Commercial, Legal, Partners, and internal support teams) to create final executables focused on time, quality,
and accuracy, and remove friction in the process.Raise issues with approved scoping language and estimates.
Improve existing agreement snippets with the aim to increase the repository of pre-approved language to increase efficiencies.Be accountable for high-quality agreements leading to high customer satisfaction.Ensure agreement artifacts are compliant, meet legal standards, and manage agreement risk and financial health.Oversee the executable contract process through to closure, executed by Contracting Agents inclusive of required approvals with process improvement prioritized.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
