**About the Role**:
The Sr. Procurement Operation Center Global Manager ensures that the procurement operations are executed efficiently, compliance is maintained, and all procurement support services align with the Global Procurement Organization's operational and transformational goals and vision, while working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams to deliver established KPIs and SLAs.
This role is accountable for overseeing the daily procure-to-pay processes, such as supplier due diligence for onboarding, administration of Ariba Buying module (catalogs, workspaces), provide Ariba technical support across all Divisions and manage the contract lifecycle management for the Divisions under scope.
Also to lead automation initiatives of all processes performed by the Colgate Business Services (CBS) in Mexico and Mumbai, including the CLM team The Sr.
POC Global Manager will lead and support the implementation of procurement digital initiatives that enhance process performance, boost capabilities, and improve efficiency, automation, and agility working in Collaboration with other Finance, Data Management functions.
It is expected to deliver monthly reports and present progress updates to Senior Leadership in Global Procurement and Global Legal Organizations.
**What you will do**:
As a Procurement Operations Global Manager, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the procure-to-pay and contract lifecycle management tasks, processes and activities ensuring efficient and effective deliverables.
- Coordinates and delivers an end-to-end contracting process for the Divisions under scope under strong alignment with Global & Division Procurement,
Global Legal Organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Report on operational metrics, SLAs, process improvement opportunities and compliance metrics
- Update the Service Levels Agreements on a yearly basis, getting approval from the Global Procurement Leadership
- Participate and provide information related to the expenditure cycle and evidence of SOPs in place in all SOX and Corporate Audits
- Lead, mentor, and develop the POC and CLM teams located in Mumbai and Mexico city, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, aligned with our LIFT principles.
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide feedback and facilitate training to team members.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Leadership team to align goals with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing procurement-process-related inquiries and incidents.
- Ensure all managed activities comply with company policies, GE&C; and Legal requirements.
Identify potential risks in processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop data analytics, working in collaboration with GIT, utilizing a variety of techniques including advanced Google Sheets and other tools (DOMO, Tableau, Google Suite) to manipulate data to derive critical insights and support decision making.
- Monitor, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize this data to drive insights and recommendations for process and transformational improvements.
- Lead initiatives across different functions for process automation and system optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices across other CBS processes and systems.
**What do you need for the position**:
- Bachelor's, or master's, degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Governance or related field.
- Must have 5-7 years of successful experience in procurement with some years of experience in Finance procure-to-pay processes.
- Proficiency in using supplier onboarding software, ERP systems, SAP is highly preferred.
- Experience working with diverse suppliers across multiple regions and industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Highly fluent in English
