**Job Description**:On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an Accounting Manager you will be a key player in making this happen in Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador.
Together with your team you will work on guarantee all accounting processes from the 3 markets by managing and leading according to H&M; values and guidelines.
**Key responsibilities include**:**Financial statements and reporting**: Generate and ensure accuracy and legal conformity of required accounting reports.
Collaborate,
establish procedures and follow up with other departments to ensure timely reporting.Report to the region according to IFRSSet routines and follow up on stock booking and intercompany transactionsCommunicate with external audit authority**Leadership Expectations**: Manage and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for the accounting department team.
Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
**Taxes and cash flow**: Guarantee tax and VAT payments according to legal demands.
Generate cash flow forecast and ensure liquidity.Align routines in all fiscal markets to promote an efficient way of working in the whole sales marketAlign Routines between countries and support efficiency/decrease bureaucracyAbility to maintain a good network with other functionsExplain and follow up administrative routines within Accounting to other functionsUnderstand and meets the legal obligations regarding national laws and regulations**Besides your personality we see that**:You are proactive and take ownership and responsibility for that the work is being doneA degree in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationAbility to maintain a good network with other functionsUnderstand and meets the legal obligations regarding national laws and regulation from MX, CO and EC
