**Role Description**This is a full-time remote role as a Customer Service Representative at Sofia Health.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support,
ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers in navigating the Sofia platform.
