**About the role**:
Be part of the Ferrero family as Institutional Relations, Public Relations and Social Responsibility for Mexico and Central America Specialist, in this role you will have the opportunity to lead our brands through collaboration with different Public Relations agencies and the main managers of our brands.You will become a link between the Associations and Organizations as well as the Government entities with the Company and you will be responsible for participating in the Committees that are of Interest to the company and alert the Management of possible risks to coordinate plausible actions with the Center and the rest of the areas
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for creating strategies to maintain and increase the image of brands in collaboration with public relations agencies and brand management.
Participate in the sectoral committees to warn about the possible risks and threats of the regulations.
You will implement strategies aimed at government entities in conjunction with the Public Relations Agency.
With the support of the agencies, you will ensure the materials for the interviews with the specialist spokespersons for the media.
Create proposals for Ferrero corporate positioning events, such as the CSR, generating a specific ROI and level of impact.
Coordinate with the different areas of the company, the contracts, agreements, and/or any proposal that is made by the Institutional Relations area.
You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the sustainability, labeling, and communication committees of the different top organizations in Mexico and Central America.
**Who are we looking for?

- Min.
Degree in Marketing, Public Relations
- 5+ years of experience in marketing research (client and/or agency).
- Advanced English is mandatory
- Knowledge in PABI code.
- Experience in Institutional Relations
- Excel and Power Point skills
- Results-oriented, analytical, proactive, responsible, business-oriented and with strong influence skills
