Focusing on Manufacturing/Supply Chain,
you'll play a key role in analyzing process-level changes and assessing impact across job roles.Minimum Requirements:5+ years in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Continuous Improvement (CI), process engineering, or business analysis.Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, specifically SAP.Ability to assess impacts from individual job roles' perspectives.Strong skills in interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clear, accurate communication.Spanish and English fluency.Willingness for on-site work as needed.Preferred:Prosci or relevant OCM certification.Responsibilities:Document and analyze detailed change impacts on business processes and job roles.Evaluate change risks using scoring methods and recommend change enablers.Collaborate with the OCM team, SMEs, and process measurement team to track change readiness.Share insights with training developers to support effective knowledge transfer.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting#J-18808-Ljbffr
