**Responsibilities and Duties**- Design and develop Web and backend software modules.- Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.- Define and maintain schedules of his/her projects.- Lead and be actively involved in the design,
architecture and development of the solutions.- Perform technical reviews of design, architecture and code.- Ensure follow-up of projects and productions of various planned deliverables within the set deadlines.- Confer with users and staff members to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications to existing programs.- Write and maintain programming documentation.- Take part in defining future enhancements, new products, products' functional specifications and design documents.- Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.- Communicate adequately with other groups such as Technical Services, Sales and Marketing.- Engage with the QA process to review and validate certain development stages.- Work with the rest of the technical team to resolve customer reported problems.- Consistently deliver superior technical solutions to customers.- Organize tasks and set priorities.
**Qualifications and Skills**- Has knowledge of Web and Windows architectures.- Has good /advanced knowledge of the following programming languages: C# or JavaScript.- Able to develop programs for SQL Server databases.- Is self-motivated,
