We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new deals and clients.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
**Responsibilities**:- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channel- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their requirements.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Help negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve targets.- Provide regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.
**Requirements**:- Must have at least 1 year B2B sales experience- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills- Experience with a CRM**Salary**: From $260,000.00 per year**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
