**Compensation**:$7 - $10 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Monitor MLS listings for potential properties to evaluate.- Analyze real estate market trends and conduct research to provide insights for investment opportunities and risk assessment.- Prepare proformas to support decision-making processes for real estate acquisitions and investments.- Evaluate property valuation and potential returns.- Prepare and send offers on potential properties.- Maintain a high level of organization.
**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in real estate industry.- Strong underwriting experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills.- Experience with Bright MLS or similar MLS systems.- Experience with 'off-market' real estate transactions.
