**_**Job Title: Remote Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (100% Work From Home)****Location**: Remote from Latin America**Position Type**: Full-time**Salary**:$1200 USD monthly**Job Overview:Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated Customer and Operations Assistant to be part of a growing company.




The position is considered full-time at 45+ hours a week (Monday through Friday and on-call availability on the weekends only for special cases & emergencies).They are looking for a friendly person with high energy to answer questions from existing customers and attract new customers that call in.
They currently have 3 self storage properties in the United States and are looking to purchase more.
This will be the Company's first hire with the intention of having the new hire grow into an Operations Manager role as the portfolio grows.
**Responsibilities**:- Provide inbound and outbound call support with customers- Manage client leads and post updates on social media and advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Yelp and others.- Escalate customer service complaints to owner when unable to resolve- Help owner source and manage vendors (i.E.
pest control, landscaping, snow removal, gate repair, building repair, etc.
)- Help manage lien process including sending lien notices (via Letterstream), posting auction advertisements,



and posting auctions (via StorageAuctions)- Manage Google Business Profiles with weekly updates and monthly promotions- Ensure all customer information, notes, billing and other relevant information are up to date through software (Easy Storage Solutions and StorEDGE)- Process billing and invoicing from customers- Follow up with customers on monthly payments (accounts receivable management)- Help develop Standard Operating Procedures as the company grows- Help hire and train future Remote Customer Service Representatives- Help transition customers to our software and general onboarding when a new property is purchased- Meeting Support: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, and follow up on action items as needed.- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and files, ensuring easy access for executives.- Expense Management:



Process and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Project Support: Assist in managing and coordinating special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the executive team.- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
