**THE POSITION**
Your core responsibility will be to contact customers for home-related services that help make their moving easier.
This is one of the most stressful times in a person's life, and it's your job to make their transition easier.
You will talk with customers via phone to secure interest in the products being offered related to moving and transferring them to our partners, acting as their moving concierge

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Previous working experience in a call center environment
- Customer service experience and sales
- The ability to overcome objections and find resolutions easily
- You learn quickly and are very adaptable to change
- Excellent communication skills
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work,
an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
