In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth and success across our digital marketing channels.
This will involve a primary focus on retargeting, re-engagement, and cross-selling.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the business planning process, which includes evaluating, assessing, and onboarding vendors to ensure sustainable growth for the company.Expectations: 70% on ad operations and 30% on strategy and planning.
This is a high-impact role reporting to the lead of strategy and planningRole Responsibilities:- Develop and execute campaigns on various advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.- Monitor campaigns continuously and make necessary adjustments to bids, targeting, and creative to maximize ROAS.- Ensure timely execution of regional campaigns to maximize impact and results.- Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports, and offer recommendations for improvement.- Strategize and identify the best audience segmentation options to engage with the target audience.- Generate fresh ideas and continuously optimize marketing campaigns for better results.- Collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to maintain consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.- Devise strategies to enhance business efficiency through the addition, improvement, replacement, or removal of vendors.- Provide management support in overseeing internal team QBR, storytelling, and presentation of results
