**POSITION OVERVIEW**The Marketing Coordinator will drive company success by facilitating requests and streamlining processes that allow the marketing team to operate as efficiently as possible.
This leader will improve results with their project management skills, robust administrative oversight of key softwares and tools, and effective communication with marketing team members and other Evernest employees.
**RESPONSIBILITIES****_Project Manage Internal Requests_**- Process internal requests as they come into our CoSchedule system.
Communicate with necessary stakeholders to obtain all project details and assign tasks as necessary to marketing department team members.- Work with subcontractors and partners as necessary to facilitate graphic design requests and website maintenance requests.- Send deliverables to pertinent stakeholders and process and desired edits.
Mark projects complete.
Store files in an organized manner in CoSchedule and Google Drive.
**_Administrate Key Software and Systems_**- Manage and populate campaign and project templates in CoSchedule to keep the marketing team organized and on pace with the desired content calendar cadence.
Organize projects by market and type.
Make sure tasks are appropriately assigned to marketing team members with deadlines.
Follow up on past-due tasks.- Keep the marketing department scorecard in good standing.
Update desired fields as necessary.
Populate UPC (unique pieces of content) counts based on projects in CoSchedule.
Update SEO data using SEM Rush weekly.- Manage marketing department team calendar.
Ensure meetings are properly scheduled and rescheduled as needed.
**_Oversee Online Database Listings_**- Oversee and manage Google My Business listings for all markets.
Ensure information is accurate, listings are properly claimed, and branding is appropriate.
Contact market leaders when negative reviews require a direct response.
Add new markets as needed.- Oversee and manage BBB listings for all markets.
Ensure information is accurate.
