**POSITION PURPOSE**: The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the business performance and relationships with top regional and national customers (pharmacy chains, wholesalers, distributors and e-channels) to support delivery of sales strategy in the country and achieve the financial commitments for the overall business in Mexico and their assigned accounts/customers.The incumbent drives the execution and tracks the success of trade sales and marketing plans in the assigned accounts.
Strategic partner and advisor to clients, delivering on set strategies and discovering new opportunities to grow the business and achieve Ascensia sales and business objectives.

MexicoMAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITIONManage the business performance of their assigned accounts (pharmacy chains, wholesalers, distributors and e-channels) to meet the sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in each account and implementing plans to drive business growth.Work closely with their customers to position Ascensia products as the first line choice for people with diabetes, protect and grow the value of our brands and competitiveness at the point of sale against our main competitors.Maintain and develop strong relationships between Ascensia and with trade customers and forge a true partnership with these customers that helps to meet objectives.Develop and implement business plans for accounts that will deliver on the growth opportunity, market share and sales target identified within each customer.Plan, execute and attend account driven events such as trade shows, pharmacy conferences, etc.
that will drive the promotion and sales of our brands.Communicate effectively the chain/account programs to Sales team and other stakeholders.Develop and manage accurate forecast on units by assigned accounts to ensure the correct stock level, placement and distribution of ADC products.
Manage the accounting and administrative tasks such as closing of credit notes, expense reporting, P&I; budget tracking to ensure there are no deviations in the monthly objectives.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:Bachelor's degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing or Science.Minimum 2 years in a similar position or covering a sales territory in the healthcare industry, preferable in diabetes.Commercial expertise and proven experience in delivering results through implementation and strong execution at a key account level.Advanced knowledge in using Excel, PPT and BI tools.Experience in creating Business Models to growth in new channels.LI-DK1
