As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be handling calls of existing clients both Owners and Tenants.
**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:- Serve as a resource to Owners and Tenants regarding the rental home and issues they might have.- Understand the rental cycle.- New Property Management Agreement codework.- Order video and photo requests.- Order Inspections and Lockbox.- Market the Home through our Multiple Listing Service.- Provide feedback to the Owner on the Marketing Updates.- Track available properties on the market and schedule 21 Day Videos.- Handle and File Owner Documents.- Tenant Survey after move-in.- Follow up with any move-in issues to ensure excellent customer service.- Recognize and send tenants the lease renewal intention.- Itemization tracking- Tasks may vary depending on the company's needs.
**Skills and Qualifications**:- Fluent English- Adaptability- Exceptional organizational skills- Strong work ethic- Excellent communication- Call center experience is preferred- Previous Property Management experience is a plus**Technical Requirements for the position**:- Computer with recent technology.
