Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, and authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesDeploy and execute Global Market strategy in LATAMDrive dsm-firmenich's entry/expansion plan for gut health in Latin America.Identify and prospect potential clients, market segments, and target audiences that align with the offered products.Guide new product launch processes to ensure rapid market penetration.Act as project manager for specific projects, orchestrating multifunctional support activities.Guide concept ideas development, consumer insights, and applications support.Organize, along with sales, consumer events, roadshows, and marketing innovation workshops.Lead sales initiatives up to the delivery of the first order to the client.Market Analysis and Competitive IntelligenceStay informed about market trends and understand client needs across subregions.Monitor competitor activity, evaluating their products, marketing strategies,
and market presence.Internal Team AlignmentAct as the main point of contact and actively work with sales organizations to establish a relevant project list and accelerate new sales.Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team on products in this category (particularly pre-, pro-, and postbiotics).Offer technical guidance to clients regarding the application and use of products in this category.You BringBachelor's degree in business administration, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields.Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and spoken).Experience working with probiotics: B2C Pharma or Dietary Supplements companies, working in new business development, research and development, innovation or technical area.
