**General Description**: Provide support for the process of creation and administration of materials as well as contribute to the improvement processes.The Master Data Management Analyst is part of the Data Management group, she/he will support the material Master Data, and configuration management functions.
She/he will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate Master Data and Bills of Material in ERP company system.
Makes recommendations, manage small upgrade projects, and influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Follow-up of the process of Materials creation, update of planning values SS, LotSize, ROP,
as well as creation and update of the list of Materials (BOM).- Understanding and support of material Master Data structure and its implications, such as warehouses, plants, etc.- Attend requests for adjustments in values that allow the entry of materials in the warehouse through SAP, provide support for updating values that affect directly the generation of PO's, MIGO, inventory values, etc.- Collaborate with areas of Production, Finance, Purchases for attending, maintenance and updating of new requirements related to materials.- Document processes, as well as perform quality of material data audit and implement corrective actions.- Contribute to the development of regional and global projects related to NMEX and NEdM materials.- Participate and lead Master Data cleansing efforts.- Ensure internal controls related to the maintenance of Master Data are in place and effective.- Create and update material Master Data in the company's SAP system in support of the procurement,
manufacturing and assembly organizations- Create and run queries to recover and analyze Master Data to ensure the data is accurate and complete.- Manage standards for data activities, policies, and procedures and report on KPIs.- Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes.
**Education/Certifications**:- Administrative IT, Industrial or Systems Engineering or Accounting with experience in SAP- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience in Operations, Supply Chain or a related fieldPrevious Work Experience- Accounting/financial processes carried out in the SAP system.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Language: Advanced English- Travel %: %- Must have: Knowledge in SAP- Nice to have: Knowledge in MM module- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office & SAP- Certifications: NACompetencies- Articulate and persuasive; she/he can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent,
