LAR Customer Service Coordinator (Trilingual)Location: Mexico City
Your skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English make you the perfect fit for this highly rewarding role.
You will play a front-line role in ensuring our clients are in the best hands when they are traveling in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries – providing superior customer service in our clients' greatest time of need.
Responsibilities include: Handling a variety of incoming calls.Explaining policy benefits.Making arrangements for emergency medical treatment.Tracking delayed luggage, and explaining the process for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption benefits, among others.Carefully documenting each case.What you'll need to succeed:
2+ years of experience in customer service.Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (reading, writing, and speaking).Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Effective teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.A strong orientation to problem-solving and sense of urgency.The ability to work with cases that demand a high level of attention, care, and fast and accurate responses.Ready to step up to new challenges?
