About the Role:Join us as a Sr. Industrial Sales Representative (B2B)!
You'll collaborate with our Sales team, CEO, and partners to identify business needs, create tailored sales strategies, and help us hit our goal of 66 new MW of solar by June 2025.

Industrial Sales Representative (B2B), you'll lead strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring sales goals are met through relationship management, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.
You'll be a results-focused leader with expertise in business development, partnerships, and consultative negotiations, driving scalable growth aligned with Bright's long-term vision.
Your key responsibilities will include:Driving Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain valuable partnerships that align with Bright's goals for mutual success.Achieving Sales Targets: Exceed sales goals by optimizing partner performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities.Leading Negotiations: Manage negotiations with senior decision-makers, showcasing Bright's value and closing deals with impactful outcomes.Supporting Partners Through the Sales Process: Guide partners from engagement to post-sales support, ensuring smooth collaboration and results.Cross-Team Collaboration:



Work with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business goals and improve operational efficiency.Requirements Who You Are:Impact-Driven: You're passionate about creating solutions that align with Bright's mission of clean solar energy in Mexico.Solution-Focused & Determined: You thrive on finding value-driven solutions and tackling challenges head-on.Long-Term Growth Focused: You're committed to sustainable success and meaningful impact.B2B Sales Pro: 6+ years in B2B sales, managing contracts ($2-10MM MXN) and consistently exceeding quotas.Pipeline Expert: You optimize sales pipelines for efficiency and growth.Strategic Negotiator: You close high-value deals and build long-term partnerships.Results-Driven: You exceed goals in tough sales environments.Relationship Builder: You create lasting client and partner connections.Nice to have: Experience in solar energy sales.

Capture 30% market share in Mexico's industrial solar sectorObjective 2: Maximize customer lifetime value by speeding up installationsObjective 3: Meet 100% of industrial SLAs in Q3 (up from 81% in Q2)
