We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Pega Developer
**Responsibilities**
Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in Pega Reporting to generate insightful and actionable business reports.
Ensure seamless integration of Pega Platform with existing systems and data sources.
Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.
Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
Manage Pega Case Management processes to streamline business workflows.
Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
**Qualifications**
Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow.
Have experience in designing user-friendly Pega User Experience interfaces.
Show proficiency in implementing Pega Mobility solutions.
Exhibit knowledge in managing Pega Case Management processes.
Utilize PEGA Decision Hub for effective decision-making.
Nice to have experience in Order Planning and Communication domain.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Proven track record of successful Pega project implementations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Pega System Architect Certified Pega Business Architect Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant
