Coordinator****Main purpose**Create a positive user experience by helping I&O; organization to understand the user needs in order to deploy innovative features and services that will comply end users satisfaction quicker and easily.
**Accountabilities**- Partner with Service Providers to ensure service levels are met through regular operational reviews- Ensure proper ITIL operational process execution- Create dashboards and reports to track the progress of end user initiatives- Provide insightful findings through analytics practices- Define and implement innovative technology solution strategies to solve complex problems such as automation.- Continuous research of the cutting-edge technologies to enhance the end user experience.- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.- Trend analysis to generate insight and develop service improvement plans.- Interact with End users to solve complex problems impacting production services- Develop common strategies for release and service transition governance across multiple departments.- Maintain and stablish relationship with I&O; Leaders providing punctual information analysis & escalations- Drive the productivity (cost reduction efforts) agenda for I&O-; Partner with the Service Provider to plan and execute Service Improvement plans if needed for the service offering
