We're looking for motivated individuals with collections experience and excellent communication skills to become part of our team as a *Collections Specialist*

- Collecting Expertise: Use your skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their collection experience.
- Connecting with Care: Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Solving Problems: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
- Upholding Standards: Meeting performance goals and contributing to our company's high service standards to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T; products and services to meet customers' needs.
- **Who We're Looking For**:
To excel in this role you'll need:
- Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
- Prior Collections Experience and excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and Problem-Solving skills: The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.
- Strong Organizational and Computing Skills: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.
- Advanced English proficiency to engage with U.S. customers.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday

**Compensation**:
- Base salary of $18,225 MXN before taxes.
- Commissions ranging from $8,000 to $24,000 MXN.

**Work Schedule**:
- Service window: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm (schedule may adjust considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
- 40 hours per week
- Full-time, on-site position.
