The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in crafting engaging user experiences and visually compelling designs across various formats and devices.This role requires a strategic mindset, advanced design capabilities, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to implementation.Seniority Level: Senior LevelResponsibilities:Strategic Design Leadership:Lead the end-to-end design process for complex projects across Desktop, Tablet,
and Mobile platforms.Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience.Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visually consistent designs.Advanced User Research:Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis.Use research findings to inform design decisions and iteratively improve user interfaces.High-Fidelity Design:Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with project managers, developers,
and marketing teams to optimize design solutions.Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.Design System and Consistency:Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.Apply and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual language
