**The Role**
We are looking for a **KAM Jr Retail **to be part of this amazing fast-growing fintech.
This position will be responsable to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients.
The responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.
Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies and also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.
**What will I be doing?
**
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Compiling reports and analysis on account progress, goals, and forecasts (Weekly and Monthly) for account teams and stakeholders.
- Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Enable new retail channels appropriately (Financial, Commercial and Legal information)
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Account Management preferably in the CPG, Consumer Electronics or Tech industry and accounts as: Retail Chains Stores, Self Service, Convenience, Warehouse Stores, Department Stores, etc.,
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
